Well you can look at SEC games. Milazzo’s OBP is .100 higher and his BA is .158 higher. As a result, Milazzo has scored 3 more runs than Neal despite having 7 fewer at bats. And he is much better defensively. Milazzo has 0 errors in conference play, compared to Neal’s 3. He receives pitchers better and allows fewer balls to get past him.
