Don’t we need to win every game to get in the post season? Should we not have the sense of urgency to win tonight?

We did that last year too, so I guess it's Jay's MO and it can work.
But this season, I think we needed to settle in and start trying to win (not experiment) before conference play. It might not maximize the team for the postseason, which is what I think he's doing; but you do need to make it to the postseason for that to pay off. And as of now, we're still on the outside looking in.
