Send everything back to Everett. It is tragic what has happened to Boeing the last 10 years.

Another HUGE story with Boeing that nobody is talking about…it’s their very recent decision to outsource ALL of their Site Service personnel at 65 sites to a company called JLL. HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians…all gone!! This isn’t going over well at within the company. Employees are absolutely pissed. Boeing already has a crisis in the skies…and now they’re going to have a crisis on the ground as their Facilities fall apart due to shitty maintenance. One of the main reasons…DEI…Boeing has been trying to Diversify their Site Service personnel big time, but they have ran into a brick wall due to the certifications and experience needed to be an HVAC Tech, Electrician or Plumber…so Boeing said if we can’t Diversify that dept…then outsource them. 90% of those impacted…White men!!! Truly remarkable what is happening with Boeing…sad

They were great when they opened. The problem is the veteran employees they brought in from elsewhere started retiring and the new group 1. Shouldn’t be there in the first place, 2. Aren’t trained for shite and 3. Aren’t held to high standards.

Ultimately the root cause is HQ and the Harvard business grads thinking that their classroom training in shite level economics remotely prepares them for leading an aeronautical company. Like someone else said, those people have their place, but they should be working around what the engineers and manufacturing tell them they need instead of dictating what the engineers and manufacturing have to work with. But that’s a problem with a lot of companies. The bean counters, the “maximizing shareholder value-types, and the DEI Disciples of Doom have destroyed dozens of companies and will continue to do so.
