Northwestern State University = Northwest Louisiana University. (Poor little Northwest Louisiana, they don't even get a UL@Natchitoches designation)

With the exception of LSU, Tulane, Louisiana Tech, Grambling and Southern, every University in the State of Louisiana that is currently Four Year, should be converted to a Junior College.

There is no legitimate reason for all these Four Year colleges in the State of Louisiana. ..........
