In my opinion, their announcement that they are "preparing for him o go to jsil" ultimately means they have no real intentions on sending him to jail.
They just need a talking point for the media to speak how horrible this person is that he almost got sent to jail.

This one however is egregiously vague and overbroad, thus blatantly unconstitutional.
This whole trial is a dog and pony show and is an embarrassment to the justice system.
