He's saying nobody in the NFL has the handles or jump shot to play in the NBA. Aside from that, a musclebound NFL body doesn't really translate to the NBA either.

Why would this be saying the game is dead?
With how defense is played now, it's just really, really hard for anyone under 6-2 to make an impact offensively, and they are typically liabilities on defense.
