re: 6' or 8' privacy fence for backyard?

I almost did 8' but a fence builder told me it will curl/warp over time. I still wish we had in the front portion of the fence that faces the road because when I'm on elevated deck in the back, I'm partially visible from the sidewalk/road while grilling. I might add some lattice to it.

They will all curl or warp over time. The best way to prevent that is four runners, or stringers on an 8’ fence. Three is ok for 6’.
And use a good quality fence board.

A three rail shouldn’t warp if built properly
