i shoot them. they were eating my strawberries. squirrel nator never worked. other live trap never worked. lost a nissan to a squirrel as well. ate all the wires in one night. have had rabbits eat my cantaloupe too. but i leave them alone. kinda of raised them since they were born and they never left. plastic owl decoy works for me

I don't believe the live traps didn't work. I can catch a squirrel in 2-3 hours with the live traps usually. Put some bird seed and peanut butter in a known area. If its a garden something from the garden will work.
You aren't going to deter a squirrel OP. You need to kill them.
