Stay at the Watermark. Do dinner at Cocha.

If you stay at Watermark or Hotel Indigo downtown, you can catch the shuttle to and from the game/campus. Lots of places to eat and drink downtown

Very unimpressed with the Watermark. They don’t have room service and the rooms are meh….

Stay away from Downtown and spend all of your time as close to and on the LSU campus.

"Good Enough" restaurants right off the Campos. (The Chimes.)

You absolutely don't want to spend any time driving around anywhere in Baton Rouge.

Get in close to LSU. Park. Have your LSU fun, then get out as quickly as possible afterwards!

BTW, I'd absolutely try to book a room at Lod Cook Hotel right on Campus.....
