re: Anyone else not on speaking terms with a parent?

real mom has had a pill problem her whole life. left and disappeared for a year when i was in middle school. been in and out ever since. she sends me text on birthdays and then i see her once a year at christmas. Seems to be clean right now but she has blown way way too many chances with me in the past so cant do it anymore.
