Well, in the update video she says she left the rehab because she "didn't feel like her government team was doing the things she needed at the time".
She sounds like one that doesn't follow through with what she is supposed to do to better her situation. She also said she had mental health issues in the original video so she should probably be in some sort of adult group home or something. Sad, but that is probably the best her life would ever get if she truly does have mental health issues and can't or won't work to better them.

She started off saying she felt like she was going to get abandoned again. So was her "needing to leave" because she can't follow through, or her way of avoiding getting hurt again because she's so used to being abandoned & discarded?
