It really doesn't help students who got in for reasons other than merit. They just get be the dummy in the class that can't keep up unless the school offers some BS studies that cater to their delusions.

It actively harms them. They should be at schools that will better suit their needs.

The premise of DEI is racist because it focuses on forced inclusion of race and other liberal progressive social constructs.
Diversity of skills, talent and ideas can certainly be a net positive for any business or institution are among many consideration factors not the least of which is overall intelligence measured by academic proficiency.
MIT is an institute of technology so surely anyone they hire should be proficient in math, science and communication skills.
For instance, even people hired into a human resource department should be intelligent enough to relate highly intelligent professors and students of computer science, et.
In other words, hiring should be based on merit and race should not even be a factor which is basically what the Supreme Court ruled.

What will they admit to being wrong about next?

It’s gonna take a few more years but the impending mental health crisis will force them to admit to letting kids being trannies and bomabrding them with LGBTQAI shite at 5 years old was a HUGE mistake.
