Devil’s advocate here - an embryo/zygote/ clump of cells is not a “child” and therefore cannot be “oppressed.”

It is a live human being that is genetically unique.
The terms "embryo, fetus, etc." are clinical terms used (in this case) to describe the stage of development of the human being we're discussing. Just like "infant," or "adolescent." They do not describe a different organism. They only describe the stage of development of the same organism.
The phrase, "clump of cells" is an obviously disingenuous and pejorative term meant to mischaracterize the situation.
