I like the implicit assumption that his demands WILL be met, and done within the next 6 months.
But hey, he will do nothing that could jeopardize their academic standing, right? What about the students who goofed off a little too hard and so they busted arse this semester to get their overall GPA high enough to retain a scholarship? What about the students planning to graduate this semester? What about the classes this might be a prequisite for.

I have a feeling that this arse-wipe professor doesn't teach any course that is a pre-requisite for anything that would amount to a worthy field of study.

If the class isn’t important enough that it would be affecting someone’s program progression, it makes me wonder what the use of keeping this professor around is.
If it is a university core class, they typically have a lot of professors capable of teaching that.
If it is a class in a major required for progression or graduation, the school will come down hard on them.
If this is a The Songs Of Taylor Swift elective, why are they even offering it?
