1. I'm all in on games 1 and 2, knowing my bullpen is bleak for a game 3.

2. I'm going with Bingham in CF and putting Kling in the game to protect a lead. Bingham has the most games under his belt.

3. I'm sticking with Pearson in LF for the same reasons as Bingham.

4. Millazo is catching Friday and Saturdays, only putting Neal in for a Sunday game when we know we will need run support.

5. Anderson is my game 3 starter.

6. My go to bullpen arms are Herring, Ulloa, Little, Dutton, and Ack.

Not me. Kling, despite the Ks, takes better at bats. Sees more pitches. Over the course of a weekend, that has a positive effect.

I don't think either corner outfield is something that should be changed right now.

This weekend, I'd go Dutton. Because he's from Alabama. But still only give him 1 time through, max.

Sub Moffett for Dutton.

All in to win 2 games/series

All the hand wringing from some folks on this board about our Sunday starter is just that. It matters not.

Win the first 2 as we did last weekend and we can get 10RR'd for all I care on Sunday.

I'm starting Kling all 3 games. His defense is too important and his bat was coming around.

Agree with your other points

Friday - Jump/Ack/Ulloa
Saturday - Holman/Little/Anderson (if possible) with Guidry ready to go
Sunday - Moffett/Herring/Dutton/whole staff

Guidry/Ulloa both available for multiple games if needed - keep their pitch counts below 20. Not sure if they have the stamina to do that.

1. Larson - RF
2. White - 3B
3. Jones - 1B
4. Pearson - LF
5. Travinski - DH
6. Braswell - SS
7. Milam - 2B
8. Bingham/Kling - CF
9. Milazzo - C (Neal on Saturday OR Sunday, depending on pitching matchup)

Bingam just isn't a great defensive outfielder. Kling likely keeps us in the game yesterday if he's playing center. Brown has potential, but I don't know how effective he is at the plate right now.

If Frey could some how get healthy I wouldn't mind trying Pearson in center and roll with Frey/Larson in the corners on Sunday. It would be an Alex Edward/Raph Rhymes level defensive outfield but it puts your best bats in the lineup. You ONLY do that if you're looking for a 15-12 type score. It's borderline coaching malpractice, but it could be pretty fun

-- Yes

-- Kling in CF. it appears none of our CF can hit, so just take the best fielding and hope he can get some competitive ABs

3. I'm sticking with Pearson in LF for the same reasons as Bingham.
-- yes, but no bingham

4. Millazo is catching Friday and Saturdays, only putting Neal in for a Sunday game when we know we will need run support.
-- yes

5. Anderson is my game 3 starter.
-- No, I'm thinking Little here. Maybe Moffett?

6. My go to bullpen arms are Herring, Ulloa, Little, Dutton, and Ack.
-- yes. but swap Little and Anderson, maybe add bucknam here for a good inning

Pitching all depends on how game 1 goes. Ideally you can get through it without using Herring and have him for Saturday. Jump with little coming in if it’s 3 runs or more. 2 runs or less you gotta use Herring. Of course all this is assuming you have a lead. That sets you up for Holman/Herring on Saturday. I’m not certain how much Holman playing for them last year will factor in. Could be a problem if they are familiar. That’s why I say save Herring for Saturday if possible. Mix in Ulloa, Dutton, Guidry, as needed and have Ack available for games 1 and 2. If you don’t need him he can start Sunday.

Don’t really care between Kling and Bingham at this point. I think Bingham gets the next shot but I would prefer Kling for defense.

Milazzo is a no brainer as is Pearson.

If you have to use Ack before game 3 then I’m fine starting Anderson on Sunday. Winning Friday and Saturday is all that matters right now. If we can get a sweep that’s obviously bonus.

Agreed. Jump/Holman. Relief as necessary - game dependent.

Nope. I'm going Kling.

Pearson isn't leaving the lineup.

Agreed. LE's dog ?!?

5. Anderson is my game 3 starter.
This is the most difficult. Depends on who pitches before.

Herring, Little <-- start there.

I agree with most except I’d like to see us not throw Herring in 1st two games if possible and start him Game 3

Like Bingham in CF as you do. I know Neal hit HR yesterday but only start him game 3 if Bama throws a righty

Send in a goon to charge the mound after the first pitch of the series. Assert dominance and set the tone.
