I don't think they are hemorrhaging money.
When I have gone with wife and 3 kids the bill is $80 with a beer and wine, maybe more.
And they get an additional $20 or so on those stupid video games.

Re: the parking: there is plenty; but most of it is behind the Metairie Road frontage. People just don't seem to get the concept that a place doesn't have to have a big parking lot right in front of it like a Walmart or strip center. I mean, this:

And it helps Fat Boys and Creole Creamery that Shipley's is closed at night; more spaces available. .

I live blocks away, and we walk to Creole Creamery for dessert after dinner often, probably once a week during warmer weather months. That stuff is GOOD. Pricey, but good.

I’ve never been there for dinner, but I always have to park on Labarre during the day. That Main Squeeze draws a crowd too
