great they just made not running from police to be an illegal act that gets you arrested, the brain dead geniuses never think about how these contrived laws change all those other laws about resisting arrest, before they do this shite
no your honor, i wasnt resisting arrest and fleeing police, i was just making sure i didnt violate your new law
