Both claimed that there was no frickery in Georgia in the 2020 election.

They strongly dislike each other. Kemp is essentially campaigning against Biden through releases on immigration/etc. on a weekly basis.
He's not going to vote for Biden. And if he were inclined to do so and Raf was going to as well, Kemp would probably switch to Trump out of spite.
