Guess he needs a couple more vacation homes before he hangs it up.

Not a big fan of his but even his "radical views" are NOWHERE near the shite radical Views the majority of libs have these days.
By the way, he looks pretty solid for an 89 year old dude.

i'd like to take time to remind everybody that this man has never been employed for a moment in his life that wasn't from taxpayers.
his "millions" came from his own campaign buying his books to sign and hand out while campaigning.

Term limits is the answer.

I guess he hasn’t done enough damage.

I actually think it would be tough to get a "better" senator (from a populist point of view) than Sanders in regards to Vermont.
I'd rather have Bernie than any of the other shitlib senators from VT, NY, NJ, CT, RI, etc.

He’s a communist who has seen the light. And the light is money.

Can’t get off that government tit, it’s shameful what we have leading this nation.

That OF is just looking for another buy out...

Him and Biden have a couple bets going. Oldest to be elected and oldest to die in office. At the conclusion of their bet, conservatives win the biggest prize

What an accomplishment!

Sanders may be the most successful political grifter of all time. Sure others have made more money, but none professed to be a socialist like this lazy a-hole while making bank. The sad thing is he should have been the D nominee for president in 2016 but got boned by Hillary and the DNC.

Looks like the PT board has some socialist commies that actually like Bernie.
Surely they must be forgetting that this guy is a flaming commie and hates capitalism. But finds that it is acceptable to make millions and have cushy life off the backs of tax payers without providing anything in return but commie ideas.
At least capitalism provides products we want.

There should be no such thing as a career politician

Sanders has needed to go (along with a bunch of Octogenarians)...but I thought he didn't actually get elected to public office until the early 1980s.
From what I can see...the oldest US Congressmen are currently:
Chuck Grassley - 91 (R - Iowa)
Grace Napolitano - 87 (D - California)
Bill Pascerell - 87 (D - New Jersey)
Hal Rogers - 86 (R - Kentucky)
Maxine Waters - 85 (D - California)
Steny Hoyer - 84 (D - Maryland)
Bernie Sanders - 83 (D - Vermont)
Nancy Pelosi - 83 (D - California)
Jim Clyburn - 83 (D - South Carolina)
Mitch McConnell - 82 (R - Kentucky)
Danny Davis - 82 (D - Illinois)
John Carter - 82 (R - Texas)
Jim Risch - 81 (R - Idaho)
Frederica Wilson - 81 (D - Florida)
Angus King - 80 (Ind - Maine)
Dick Durbin - 79 (D - Illinois)
There is no way any of these people should be making decisions regarding public policy. All Public Servants should have a mandatory retirement age of 75. If someone wants to hire them as a consultant...that is fine...anyone who is old enough to have had to choose who to vote for between Kennedy and Nixon, probably needs to step aside and let others take over.

Bernie isn't going to give up trying to destroy America with the goal in sight.

Sanders, Biden, Trump, Pelosi, etc all way too old to be in political office.
