No he shouldn’t. Drinking and driving is much worse than that, and no one is expelled for that at least on their first offense. Being a fricking moron like that doesn’t call for that.

As for racist statements Biden has made many of them yet you still support him. Where in this definition of racism is making monkey noises mentioned?
So someones beliefs should be reason for being investigated? It is a proven fact that some races have a higher level of intelligence than others, some have greater physical ability. This is obvious and there is nothing wrong with it. Tell me one city run by Blacks that is not a study in violence and failure. Chicago comes to mind but there are many others.
