I’d prob take the money, work another 3 years and retire.

I’m to the point in my career that the money isn’t worth it if you don’t need it. I’m a high level executive and my life has gotten worse with every ‘promotion’. More stress, more people shite and drama to deal with, etc. I live a pretty modest lifestyle and don’t ‘need’ a ton of money.

At 50, I plan on retiring or stepping back into a junior level role (for benefits) cruising. I don’t need to have my ego and pride fed by a job title.
