If you want to be honest, if you really read the Gospels in depth and took in all of the Epistles, you would not support the Republicans either....and you would have problems with much of the Protestant and even Catholic interpretations.

But that's what liberals say about Republicans... that it makes no sense being Christian and Republican because "Jesus was a liberal," and he believed in helping people and didn't judge anyone (muh "socialized with prostitutes..") and... you "can't get into heaven if you're rich" and blah blah blah.
