This is some BS. I know for a fact the Peregrine Falcon can clock up to 240 mph. Almost twice the speed of a cheetah

A cheetah runs 80 mph, the Falcon would be 3 times the speed of one at 240mph.

Yeah it’s a cool video but it’s basically showing the animals running a 40 at the NFL combine

I think humans would fare better in a one mile race.

I’m curious how fast a cheetah could run a mile or a marathon in real time. Would it even be able to run a marathon, or get tired from never having to do it evolutionarily that he would take a nap after a while?

Guys like Tyreek Hill can go 37 Kmh. Usain Bolt hit 44 kmph. This shows human at 20-25 which I guess for average.

I'm still near as makes no difference 300lbs. And I can still do 15 mph in fromt of the speed trap (21 km/h), closer to age 40 than I would like. Briefly. Bare foot. In jeans.

I also threw up last weekend trying to do a 8 minute mile pace... Puked exactly 2 minutes in

So... Hopefully some of you skinny folks are quicker

Or at least smarter....

Seems like cheetahs are constantly getting faster. I’ve never heard of cheetahs going 80. It was always 60-65.

Gorilla and hippo are faster than they have any right to be. Camel is a surprise too.

Anyone else find it funny the human running was a white guy? I think the craziest one is that an ostrich can run that fast.

I kept waiting for the cheetah to show up. It didn’t disappoint at the end. Had the chance to see one in person in Africa once. They are stunningly beautiful.

Never would have guessed that a camel or giraffe would be as fast as a tiger.
