100% of mass shooting victims were attending a large gathering at the time of their death/injury.

You may be on to something.

I’ll live my life until I die though.

Kind of insane gang members are ruining it for everyone. Shoot outs at Cinco de Mayo and Superbowl parades.

I generally make it a habit to not attend any gatherings where there may be a threat of gun violence. As a matter of fact, I’ve never attended a gathering in which the thought of gun violence occurring crossed my mind.

What are the demographic percentages? That is all you need to know before you attend.

No. But to be fair, I don't attend many things that would be typical targets, nor do I live in an area where I am aware of "local" violence happening in the past 16-17 years. Ahem.

That being said, I have a habit of assessing the situation wherever I am. My mind is dark. I do play out scenarios about how to get the family out safe and what my options are to fight if necessary.

Yet to see gun violence at a major sporting event. Those typically the only mass gatherings I attend. Will keep taking my chances

I mean there was a shooting right outside the Nationals park in the last few years.

Not for any reason other than I just don't like being around a lot of people I don't know in general.

My job involves going to large gatherings in the form of sporting events. At the jamboree at Cajun Field this past season, somebody mistakenly thought they heard gunshots and the whole stadium, including the players and cheerleaders were running from the field during live action

I avoid large crowds because I hate being in large crowds.
I get annoyed at how inconsiderate people are. “ oh I’m in a high traffic walkway? Let me stop here to talk to some people. No one is trying to get somewhere. “

Yes, but mainly because I don’t want to be around the general public.

Yes everyone should avoid large gatherings such as LSU games and concerts. Leave the tickets at fair prices for us common working class folk.
