Is there anywhere that that water gets next to your foundation in a heavy rain? I have heard of capillary action of a crack on concrete drawing water through a slab in that instance.
Though, I guess you would know this.

We've lived here for almost 10 years, had no issues with rain. The only thing I can tell is that perhaps the gutters are clogged somewhere and it's something new.
There have been no changes to the grade or anything. This wasn't even the heaviest rain or biggest amount of rain.

I don't do concrete any more, lol... but when I did I had an engineer for hydrostatic questions
