Trump never promised to put her in jail, he made a spicy comeback in a debate with her that referenced her being put in jail. He never took the pulpit, so to speak, and said "My fellow Americans, if you elect me, I will put HIllary in jail."

You're describing "no intent", when Comey pulled that BS I told y'all get ready for that get out of jail card to be used a lot by the D.C. Uniparty Globalists.
Remember what special prosecutor said in Biden's classified documents investigation? Prosecutor Hur said Biden was a senior citizen when he possessed the classified documents and didn't realize what he was doing.....No Intent!
