This has been a season of 'Whack a Do'... have never seen such an unsettled squad this late into the season. We are still jumbling players as though they were pieces on a chess board.

I like Hurd and pull for him every time out, but this has been hard to watch.
Maybe he needs glasses like CL, I don't know, but his pitch location has been brutal for some time now.
Dammit, this was a totally winnable game. Still is, I guess, but he and Loers really struggled out there.

We only have 2.5 days of pitching and the drop off is sharp after that.
