It's really sad. What he can't remember in that video (how the Fed uses buying/selling government securities for monetary policy) is a basic concept that would be in the 2nd level Econ class at any generic college. An LSU accounting major would be expected to know this concept at some point in order to graduate. He's a complete imbecile.
