On the TODAY Show the one with Hoda and Jenna Bush. They reported just enough to make Trump look guilty.
I didn't see anything about the FBI setting Trump up with the "NUCLEAR CODES" and fake set up photos released to the media.

You have Trump's own lawyers saying they informed him not to defy the subpoena. The issue is whether Trump knowingly and deliberately defied the subpoena by having attested that he turned over all boxes containing all classified info when he knowingly did not. The attorneys emphasized that if he signed the document and a search uncovered classified documents he would be in violation.
The issue here is whether Trump knowingly and actively directed defying of the subpoena by enlisting the help of Nauta and DeOlivera to move boxes containing them so that Corcoran and Little would perjure themselves . The government says the proof of the defiance is the multiple documents found in the raid of which there is no official record of them being declassified.
It's an Obstruction case centered around documents. If they had raided and found a few document like maybe 5 or 10 the government would not be pursuing this. If Trump does not allegedly direct moving specific boxes , the government would probably decline action. But when they think and allege that you tried to actively defy and frick around with a duly issued subpoena, they take the gloves off
