This is really the only argument to make. I get them not overpaying for williams.

Problem is Kelly should've had this problem with dt fixed by now.

Should've overpaid a tad to get some kids out of high school and the previous portal period. I never understood why they didn't grab more players out the prior portal.

And you can say Kelly didn't know who would go in the draft bur you need to get dts even if those guys would've stayed. They both had injury problems.

This entire situation could've been handled better. And people on here hate when you point that out.

Wasn’t a problem from a talent standpoint compared to other positions

Now tell me what high school players he should have went after, because he did exactly what you are saying he should have done by closing with Reliford, Jackson and Dom, all highly sought after DLineman.
