The point is that you probably dont really know anything about Ham as a coach but somehow look at the standings at the end of the season and say "he did a good job"
Go to Pels talk. the Pels had basically the same record as the Lakers. And actually IMPROVED in record from the previous season.
And yet, there are pages of threads about how Willie Green didnt do a good job because he refuses to have his team shoot 3s, goes small too often, has terrible 3Qs, doesnt play young guys, has horrible ATO plays, etc.
In what way do you think Ham "did a good coaching job"?
