She was transferred not terminated and I’m going to bet the board had every right to do so, else they wouldn’t have.

Someone doesn't have experience with overzealous school boards. Some of the slimiest shite I've ever witnessed came from school administrators and school boards.

ETA: I know two people currently in Alabama schools who could hold a goat sacrifice to Satan on the roof of a school and they'd still have their jobs. They pretty much can't be fired because the board fricked up so badly.

My issue with the Vestavia School Board is that there is another principal who showed a video of a special needs student having a meltdown in a staff meeting and openly mocked the student. That dude is still employed and to my knowledge has not been transferred. He’s also neighbors and friends with the superintendent. If this lady is going to be punished, where is the punishment for him?
