Yes, entirely true.

I don’t think anybody liked it very much, but BBN tolerated that attitude when he was winning.

But, I’ll say this, he was never anything close to that blatant about it while he was at UK.

He would preach “players first”, “play for your brothers”, etc. He never said anything resembling “Cal University”. I’d be flat pissed if I was a Razorback fan and he was touting his own brand above the name on the front of the jersey like that.
