You clearly don’t understand how the world works.
Take a look at A&M last year. The toxicity of that locker room and total collapse after they blew all that $$ on the best recruiting class ever is Exhibit A.
So do your research before you open that hole in your face again, little boy.

Let me dumb it down for you even further….
If you found out your coworker was making significantly more than you for doing the same job, even though you’re as good or better than him at it, that wouldn’t demotivate you? Make you angry? Make you go look for another job that values you properly?
