This costs money. Why isn't it required to be a budget item that goes through House and Senate approval. I am so tired of the bullshite EO's regardless of President. If something is a good thing then a President should be able to persuade Congress to pass a law.

Let's return to the Constitution and how the founding fathers envisioned how it would work.
