So long as they're acting on behalf of a foreign country and/or a tiny but powerful left wing minority that despises them.

I hear conservatives speak out about AA/DEI damn near constantly. From talk radio, high ranking government officials, college kids, and posters on this site. I'm not aware of any persecution they've experienced other than being told they're retarded.
