This seems like the right answer. Also, the ATV guy most likely could've easily gone around the bike riders, so the ones talking about him potentially harming them are overreacting a bit.

But obviously both the ATV dude and the cop made stupid decisions that day.

You sure about dat, Boudreaux? He couldn't even avoid da police man. What makes you think he could avoid a cyclist or pedestrian at that speed on an ATV with off-road tires?

no, he was about 4 seconds away from plowing into those kids laying on the road. this is a bad take from you.
