I don’t completely agree with the Cops tactic. But he had to do something. At that speed, that ATV idiot would have ran over a few bicyclists before he even knew what was going on.

Good post, and I'd need to know some backstory.

Cop wasn't running code, so I'm not clear if this was an ongoing call, or he just took action? Seems like the cop was going pretty slow.
