And you, sir, are an idiot much like Splat the atv driver. Don’t want stupid prizes? Don’t play stupid games. Cop pulled into the lane to dissuade Splat from continuing his illegal activity.

The cop here based off the video is attempting to stop or at least get the ATV to slow down to protect the innocent people and children in the ATV's path.
Deliberately wrecking the ATV
Hopefully your comment is just a troll and I and others were just caught by your shiny hook. If not then I really question not only your intelligence, but character as well, as this one is pretty cut and dry. The cop didn't attempt to wreck, just stop because of the innocent people ahead. If the ATV operator was operating at a safe speed, even though he was using the roadway illegally this crash doesn't happen. He most likely just gets a warning. Maybe if the cop wanted to be a dick he gives him a citation and impounds the ATV for illegal use.

If he cant avoid a police cruiser with flashing lights, what do you think he would have done to the children on bicycles? You need to rethink how you process things and what constitutes a good decision and a bad decision.

agreed, the cop used his car as a weapon to stop the guy, that is excessive force x10, and its no different then if the cop causes him to run straight into a brick wall and instant death
