I had a chuck roast in the freezer that I needed to use, so I did slow cooker Italian beef sandwiches. Topped with provolone and giardiniera.

Beef Chili with Beans. Usually eat it with diced Serrano peppers but was out so I tried it with this pepper blend. Hard to tell how hot Flatiron is until I get it on some pizza.

looks good , but I have to ask. Were you born without tastebuds or did you condition them to be the way that they are ?

Working in the oilfield we were always seeing who could eat the hottest spiciest food and I guess I just got used to eating that way.
Probably burned off a few taste buds along the way.

That looks delicious!

We had hamburgers and knockwurst in the oven with crashed potatoes. Grainy mustard on the side

Serranos are pretty dang hot! I sometimes stuff my roasts with them and I love the flavor they impart, but sometimes, ouch!

Baked chicken and broccolini for supper.
