and the "Conservatives" are cheering for its' demise, all because the "Chosen Ones" they've been indoctrinated to revere all their lives are in trouble.
God help our United States from the Uniparty and its' puppets.

Are you referring to the students on college campuses occupying space and not allowing for normal activities on the campus?

How so?
Seems like students have been allowed ample opportunity to protest all over the country despite inconveniencing others.
I wasn’t aware that breaking into buildings, attacking targeted individuals, and overtaking land was part of the first amendment. Seems like at any point in our history such aggression would be met with force.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean beating up and tasering people because of their heritage or religious orientation or holding institutions hostage to where they can not conduct their daily business.

Free speech may have been an illusion the whole time.

You should go defend their right to break into buildings and assault certain people they hate.
Or STFU
Either works

I assume you’re referring to the pro-Palestine protests. They’re fine as long as they’re not a threat to other students or destructive to university property. That’s the issue. But it sounds like your real problem is with
the “chosen ones” as you refer to them. What would your view be if the students were protesting against. MAGA or Christianity in public schools?

I can't wait for the Israel Ball Gargling Boomers to pass away

Hilarious how burning, looting, and assault was “free speech” in 2020 and now trespassing, breaking and entering, assault, and property destruction is again “free speech”.
I thought you guys called breaking into buildings “attempted murder”?? What happened to that??

Let's be specific.
Should someone be able to say out loud that they hate Jews and think it would be a good idea to rid them from this world.
Yes. The First Amendment protects that speech.
Should someone be able to protest, block access, takeover and demand things from universities, threaten Jews, assault Jews?
No. Those people should be punished harshly.

I fail to see a problem with the first amendment in all of this, but I do see the fingerprints of Marxism, especially in the organized and divisional zeal behind getting these professional protesters to act so quickly. That’s all I see, and all I have seen with these relentless divisional protests over everything under the sun over the past five or ten years or so. Just a bunch of Marxist robots given their marching orders.

Where in the 1st amendment does it say you have the right to violently occupy?
Posted on 5/2/24 at 8:54 am to Frank Belavis
Breaking up illegal protests = buning the first amendment?
Posted on 5/2/24 at 8:56 am to Frank Belavis
There is a fine line between free speech and just being a good member of society.
Some stuff just cannot happpen. These protests are stupid.

Can you show us where it criminalizes speech? Honest request.

The thread title has everyone arguing 8 different points.
Can you be more specific than throwing out insults.
I know exactly what you’re talking about. That’s why I started this thread at midnight. But with a title that could be understood.
I’m not trying to be a jerk to you but I think you’re getting about 75% more grief than you should be.
