What a shitshow. He was high on LSU until NSD when it looked like USCw. Then NSD came and went with nobody getting his LOI. Rumors were that his father wanted him to go to LSU and took his LOI, refusing to let him sign it
He eventually ended up sending his LOI to the Trojans like 2 or 3 days later.
