I obtained a permit from the MSW.

They offered me a grant toward researching Le Marche Futile.

I’m taking the piss out of someone melting down on a message board, which is my way of having fun.

Ask things in a less bombastic way and you get a less sarcastic response.

Nobody knows what's going on. You created a cry baby thread with no context talking about some president that you don't like.

What's your disability? How much is your taxable income?

You just want to bitch and whine. Say something worth a serious response, don't just reeeee like a Hamas protester at a university

Are you implying fibromyalgia is not a disability? My wife has dealt with it for the last 8 years, luckily my income is more than enough to support us but if she was on her own, she wouldn't be able to hold down a full-time job. I wouldn't wish that illness on anyone when I see what it has done to my wife

Are you talking about having to claim your income from disability?

Or is there a tax I don't know of for being disabled?

Your wife likely has untreated or undertreated depression or anxiety contributing to her fibromyalgia. If emotional symptoms aren't adequately dealt with they will find a way to manifest themselves physically. I'm not saying this as any form of attack on your wife, I just see this often with my patients. Treat the emotional and the physical will likely improve. Good luck!

Well over the years she has tried everything, including a crap ton of pain pills, mental health pills, etc. When she was medicated, she was a zombie and she finally got tired of "living" like that so she stopped with all the meds. She is still in pain and has her good and bad days, but at least she isn't living her life in a fog. She has other issues like an arthritic back, degenerative disk disease etc. She last tried to hold a job a couple of years back but she couldn't be counted being able to work a steady schedule. Say what you will, but I would not wish the disease on anyone

Obama.

Part of Obamacare taxed medical devices that are used by the disabled.

I wouldnt call that a tax on the disabled. It's a sales tax that you paid.

You arent being taxed for being disabled.

Which btw isn't even in effect anymore and in Louisiana, you can get a sales tax exemption for medical devices.

I am sorry for your wife but the term is literally translated to bad fibers. There is no reasonable way to diagnose or actually treat. It is a varying constellation of complaints with no know origin or cure

A lot of people, especially those under 33 or so, have no idea what it is like to live with pain day in and day out. It erodes the soul.
