Looking like a new 52 week low this morning. I'm buying this one this morning for a long term hold. Nice paying Div as well.

The CEO blamed “weather” for the downturn in US sales. I’m buying puts as this has further downside, companies that refuse to admit they’ve priced themselves out of the market and blame weather are tone deaf.

I would like to think people finally woke up and realized their coffee was terrible.
HOWEVER, on a recent trip to Chicago there was a Starbucks on literally every block in sections of downtown. You can Google map it and see.

A new fancy coffee chain will be the rage soon and people will think of Starbucks as trashy if they don't already.
Happens over and over in the food industry.
Remember back in the 80s and 90s. Olive garden and Red Lobster were fancy places.

Certainly sounds like a better investment than the Cracker Barrel dude. I’m not a fan of their coffee, therefore not a buyer… but I kick myself for not buying it around 2008 when it went sub 10
