After not darkening the doors in many years, we’ve eaten at the Mandeville location twice in the last several weeks.
Everything was good/even great. Even the sides.
Price was reasonable.
Came out promptly.
Really nothing bad to say.
We were pleasantly surprised.

I read that the results can very based on location, but this one is definitely on the list.

Chili's dine-in is mid. Honestly - they have really good burgers and the flavor of their buffalo sauce is one of my favorites.

Chili's to-go is disgusting.

Chilis is good for what it is. If you understand what you’re going to get, then there’s nothing wrong with it.

We actually would go more but the service around me is terrible. We went often when the kids were younger.

Chili’s is the Kirk Cousins of restaurants. Not necessarily an insult.

Their new mozz sticks are legit. I could eat them and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas every meal

Went to Chili’s not too long ago for the “3 for me” I like their chips and salsa so I enjoyed that. The burger and fries were meh. But that’s pretty much what I expected and was fine with my experience. Definitely didn’t leave there thinking “I need to come back here soon!”

I live nearby. Haven’t been in 20+ years (since high school). But my God if that Chili’s isn’t packed every night of the week

Always liked Chili’s so I think I’ll need to visit soon.

Chili's is fine I just don't really see any reason to ever go to one given there are almost always better options around

I will frick some honey chipotle chicken strips up, sauce is so good. They are so high in calories though, it's a couple times a year deal to eat there.

Usually depends on where the Chili's is located, and that goes for any major chain restaurant. Chili's is going to give you exactly what you want - mass produced chain TexMex and American cuisine that won't blow you away but will do the job at a reasonable price.

I am still upset I couldn't sign up for the Chili's Date Night Pass which is an absolute steal of a deal.

Of the large chain restaurants, I've always preferred Chili's compared to most others. But it depends on the location.

There is a big reason for your good experience.

Go to one in a worse area and you won't want to go back. Same menu. Two COMPLETELY different levels of give a shite.

I like Chillis

If Chillis were a draft pick they would be a High Floor/ Low Ceiling kinda player

Steady and Consistent. Not gonna wow you but not gonna completely let you down either.

Priced accordingly

It's been 10+ years since I've been to a Chili's and I don't think I'm breaking that streak anytime soon. I can't say I've ever really enjoyed a meal there.
