Why would they not expect top technology from the US when a Dem is in charge? Look at all the stuff N. Korea got when Clinton was in office. And how about all the uranium Hillary passed off to Russia for pennies on the dollar? Biden using our top high tech fighter with sophisticated ordnance to bring down a spy balloon that was almost certainly collecting information up until the last split second certainly didn't do much to maintain any secrecy about our weapons capabilities either. And don't forget about all the US military technology that was left behind in Afghanistan to be collected by whoever wanted it or sold to the highest bidder.

Russia, and pretty much everyone else, has had ample opportunity over the past three years to deconstruct and reverse engineer a rather substantial portion of our arsenal and then develop effective countermeasures. All this thanks to Joe Biden and whoever is actually running the country and letting the doddering old fool catch the blame.
