welp, we've found the place the people on the TV show Lost were stranded at.
Realistically, EW is a constant back and forth. Unfortunately Ukraine doesn't have the technical skills to make adjustments.
They'll just make them "dumb" and lob them east.

Russians are better at EW than we are. They’ve invested in it heavily.
By the time we sent the GLSDB, they’d learned to largely neutralize our gps guidance systems. We’ve seen that with the GMLRS, ATACMS, and our JDAM. They’ve also gotten good at intercepting them with their air defense systems.
