You don't turn down out of state 5 stars if they want to come to LSU especially Texas 5 stars. Now 4 stars we have them and most are underrated.

Also think people are overreacting Moore and Lockett are probably only 2 out of state that LSU might land. LSU will still end with 3 or 4 in state wrs. People acting like it will be 1 or non from the state in 2025 class.

Let's relax and let it all play out into signing day.

Exactly, not sure why anyone is worried about WR right now. We have a once in a lifetime QB coming to play here, he will get WRs to LSU just on his name alone. Not to mention we have proven coaches on that side.

Right now, it’s defense, defense, defense! Get those DLman, LBs and DBs here and the rest will follow. You may not think a defense can recruit offensive talent but it can. When you see your defense kicking some arse, it makes you want to play for that team because it’ll make your job that much easier and it gives you a shot at winning championships.

With our history of WRs, I’m not concerned at all. Stay on top of it and that’s it. Like someone said, you can have a 3* WR develop into a 5* pretty quickly. You can’t do that at QB, OL, DL or LB. Those are the main positions. We have had a two year laps in defensive coaching and recruiting that came from the new coaches. Those guys just didn’t know how to coach up the talent we had or how to recruit new talent. That’s why we in the position we in there.

The new coaches are proven coaches who know exactly what to do. It’ll take a year or two because we had a year or two laps. We get that back on track and stay doing the same things we have been for the offense and we’ll be exactly where we should be. It’s obvious to me that Brain Kelly is much better at recognizing offensive coaches than he is with the defensive guys. He definitely made some great hires this time around.

I think they all fit LSU really well and it’s a mix of younger coaches with old school. I’m excited to see how our defense looks compared to last year. I’m not expecting greatness but I’d like to see a rankings jump into the 60-70s. I think we can do that this year, maybe better? With the offense we should have, it should win us lots of games. Something needs to be done with the darn ST’s game also. I get it, the rules make it harder but we can do better.
