This. It's all about money. They take wealthy kids of oil sheiks or Chinese businessmen who will pay massive tuition fees. They don't give a frick about American students.

I'm fine with some foreign students, but it should not surpass 10% in my opinion. 50% is a slap in the face to Americans.

I wonder if there is a tax code that allows the institution to write off some debts for having a student body that consist of X% of foreigners. otherwise, why else would they want so many foreigners?
