Why not offer sleeper cell housing while they're at it, along with courses that include Advanced IED, Economics of Martyrdom, and Principles of Effective Truck/Car Bombing.

Northwestern’s enrollment is approx. 21k. The morons were convinced to pack up their tents in exchange for a completely token gesture. 5 scholarships is fractions of a percent of the total student body. Most students will graduate without ever running into these “bonus” Palestinians.
